10 years in real estate today and somehow it still finds new ways to surprise me.

A decade of contracts, chaos, wins, lessons, late nights, early mornings, and everything in between. Somewhere along the way I learned this business is never really just about houses. It is about people. It is about showing up for some of the biggest decisions and biggest emotions in their lives and earning trust one conversation at a time.

What still stands out most is how unpredictable it is. No two years look the same. No two deals feel the same. Just when you think you have seen it all, something new comes along and humbles you a little.

Fittingly, I got TWO properties under contract today. One of those moments that just makes you stop for a second because the timing feels a little too perfect to ignore.

I am grateful for every client who has trusted me, every deal that challenged me, and every lesson that forced me to grow whether I wanted to or not. I am also grateful for the team I get to co-lead, The Five Star Group!

Year 10 is in the books. Let’s see what the next 10 bring!
