Unraveling the mystery of raw land, for me, is an enjoyable exercise. Pulling overlays from the different County's GIS systems, checking out soils, topo, building restrictions, septic capabilities, and the pleasure of walking the land are only part of the process. And visiting the great staff at Loudoun County Building and Development to make sure we didn't miss anything is always a pleasure. They are so kind and helpful.
