They lost their dream home twice… and still got it.

Our clients had tried to sell before but the home wasn’t moving, so they took it off the market. Then the perfect log cabin in Barre hit the market right near their kids and grandchildren.

Our first offer wasn’t accepted because their home hadn’t gone under contract yet. Once we secured a buyer, we got the cabin under contract — but when that buyer backed out, we lost it again.

We stayed patient, secured another buyer, and when the cabin came back on the market we moved quickly and got it under contract for less than the original offer.

Now they’re settled into their Barre log cabin, closer to family and the life they envisioned.
