Why you’ll never be able to convince me to leave Lithia. 🤍

Sure, I love the quiet streets and the community, but it’s the little things that keep me here.

• Being just a short drive from Anna Maria Island.
• Having horse farms, trails, and open land right around the corner.
• Watching my kids grow up in a community where people actually know their neighbors.
• Being close enough to Tampa when I need it, but far enough away that life just feels a little slower.
• And those sunsets over the oak trees, they never get old.

I could probably keep going, but those are a few of my favorites.
