The skeleton framing is officially complete at the Pavlik home! You can really start to see this custom lakefront home taking shape, and we’re excited for what’s coming next!

Up next: sheathing, windows & doors, and Hardie Plank siding and trim.

Today, we’re taking a moment to recognize the people who are often the faces behind the scenes, our incredible subcontractors and crews.

Many of these crews have been working alongside us for years, and along the way, they’ve become friends, trusted partners, and an important part of the LakeWood Builders family! We truly wouldn’t be where we are today without the dedication, craftsmanship, and hard work of these crews.

We’re in the home stretch! 🏡

Flooring is wrapping up this week and into next week, and then it’s all about the finishing touches as we dive into punch out!

A few more milestones checked off:
✔️ Porch deck complete
✔️ Tile showers complete
✔️ Countertops complete

It’s always exciting to see a custom home come together as we get closer and closer to the finish line! We’re putting those final details in place to get this home ready for its new owners.

There’s something exciting about watching a project go from clearing the old to laying the groundwork for something brand new!

After clearing out the existing home, our crews have worked hard this week getting the engineered pier & beam foundation ready for the next step; beams and floor joist framing!
