SOLD! Real estate gets a little more personal when your client is also your neighbor. 😂

This sweet neighbor has seen me at my absolute finest… grabbing the mail in pajamas, sprinting out the door while open house signs launch into the back of my car, and (unfortunately 🤦🏼‍♀️) has probably heard me negotiating with my Bernedoodles at full volume.

Yet somehow… she still trusted me to sell her beautiful home. 😅
