Since entering the real estate industry in 1998 Deb Sutton has achieved much success. In the fall of 2001 she and her partner created At Home Realty, LLC. As the co-owner and managing broker, Deb grew the business to include 25 professional agents and consistently held the top position as an independently owned real estate company in the Nashua area. In the
fall of 2005 At Home Realty, LLC merged with one of the largest firms in the Nashua area. Deb joined Brin Realty Group in 2010 and served as managing broker for the Nashua office until the merger with Bean Group in 2015. In March 2017 Deb joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Verani Realty as a Sales Manager. As well as working with individual buyers and sellers, Deb was the listing agent of Blanchard Pointe a 121 unit condominium development in Merrimack, NH. Deb also was a team member at Annandale on the River, a 55 Active Adult Community in Litchfield, NH. Selling in a 55 development inspired her to further her education and become a Senior Real Estate Specialist to better service her clients and customers at this stage of their lives. As a full service and full-time real estate professional, Deb is an Accredited Staging Professional which enables her to help sellers stage their homes for faster sales. This designation enables her to help her buyers feel comfortable knowing they have a true professional to guide them through the complicated process of achieving home ownership. Deb’s other achievements include, but are not limited to, a member of the Greater Manchester Nashua Board of Realtors® (GMNBR), Co-Chair of the Public Policy Committee, a member of the Professional Standards Committee, the Grievance Committee, the National Association of Realtors®, and the NH association of Realtors®. Deb is a past member of the Board of Directors for the Greater Manchester Nashua Board of Realtors® and an active volunteer for Great American Downtown in Nashua at various events that help local business owners, and the revitalization of the beautiful Downtown area. When Deb is not helping Buyers and Sellers, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends and her dog Harley. Deb is also a passionate artist, especially oil on canvas paintings of pets, portraits, and landscapes.
