Some transactions take longer than others and this was one of those experiences. Lots of challenges, twists and turns but my friend and seller was patient and supportive, just the best to work with. Shouting huge Congratulations to my friends and First Time Home Buyers on their beautiful new home!
So important to trust your Realtor to advise you on everything starting with your lender. Your loan officer choice should be about more than rate. Buyers and sellers have no idea how many fires we, as your Realtors, put out during a transaction sometimes to save them the stress - moving and selling/buying a home is stressful enough! Nothing went as planned at the end of the transaction and first timers get the short end of the stick but still got the house!
We made it through with many many thanks to The Title Team as always for an amazing last minute closing and accommodating us! Mel McShane for being the best co-broke!
