The Long Beach Cliff May Ranchos were built in 1953 and 1954 and reflect the modernist influences of the time with open floor plans, exposed post-and-beam ceilings, clerestory windows and floor to ceiling glass. Although some homes are as small as 1130 square feet, many have five sets of French doors that open to private patios, creating outdoor connections and rooms that effectively expand the square footage.

Save the date! We are pleased to once again sponsor the annual Rancho Estates Garage & Vintage Sale, happening on Saturday, April 18. If you are a Rancho homeowner or resident and would like to participate, we’ll handle the details so you can concentrate on clearing out clutter and making a few bucks – or a few hundred! We’ll manage the application, pay the permit fee, and deliver your individual permit to your door. The sale will be advertised on major online sites and through social media.

For the permit, the City of Long Beach requires a signed copy of a utility bill or other mail showing your name and address. Please provide a signed copy of your utility, cable, or other mail showing your name and property address in one of the following ways:
