Great shout out from an exceptional luxury realtor Shayla Twit, Sarasota FL Realtor CLHMS - GUILD Luxury Marketer and some important tips on maintaining your pool. I couldn't agree more about the importance of having an auto fill for your pool. I encourage my customers to order one from Amazon and have their pool person install (or I can) so that the levels don't go below the skimmer and begin causing pump damage. An autofill is a step up from your typical timer as it automatically fills as the pool gets to a certain level and with this heat & humidity the evaporation rate is quite high!
