Boston Ma, In 1986 our parents moved to Longboat Key Florida fulltime . Our relatives have been here since the early 1970’s and we have visited here ever since. Wendy moved back to Sarasota in 1996, with her husband, and are raising her family. David, after college traveled working throughout the US but always managing to come back to Longboat for some soul-searching. Longboat and its beaches are just a perfect place to come, relax and clear your head. In 2000 David moved back here full time. Wendy was already in Real Estate for several years and it only made sense at this point for me to do the same. Together we have seen the market and its trends since 1986 so it only made sense for David and Wendy to join our skills together and create the real estate team we are today. Since then, we have helped hundreds of family move here from all over the country and the world. We realize how special this part of Florida is from the arts, music, theatre, beaches, golf courses and of course the sunsets. We strive to make sure our customers real estate experience is stress free.
