It’s Friday! I am super excited for my friends and clients, The Clark’s! Today, they just closed on their beautiful first home in Longview! They’ve been telling me for a while now, every time I’d run into them at church, “When it’s time for us to buy our first home, we’re calling you.” Well, that time finally came — and I’m incredibly thankful they trusted me to help them through such an exciting milestone! When I tell you they knew what they wanted, they knew! They looked at what was available on the market and the perfect home with a beautiful pool was listed. We scheduled a showing and they knew it was the one. It had just hit the market around the time we went and viewed it, and it was an extremely popular home. We knew we had to get creative to secure it. We were able to get it under contract. There were some hurdles that came up throughout the process while under contract, but with everybody working together towards a common goal, we made it happen!

I would like to thank my co-agent, Nathan Johnson, for being absolutely incredible to work with! He did so much work on his end to help make things happen and keep things moving smoothly. We have some BIG news! Today, I am officially launching The Covenant Group powered by Texas Real Estate Executives! I am still at my absolutely amazing brokerage, I’m just stepping into a leadership/team lead role. This has been something on my heart for awhile now. My wife and I have prayed about it and sought the Lord.

My goal for The Covenant Group is for it to be something completely different. Our mission is: Building Real Estate Relationships in East Texas for generations to come. Mondays are for closings, and this one happened fast! Harris Fence - (305 E US HWY 80 in White Oak) is SOLD! My grandfather is very good friends with Mr. David Harris, Jr. Back in May, Mr. Harris reached out to me about selling his property after he was referred to me by my grandfather and my step grandmother. The property was officially listed for sale on July 30. 32 days later it is now sold!
