I enjoyed this class SO MUCH!!! I am an empath through and through, so getting to learn more about the difference between emotional awareness and emotional intelligence was amazing! 🤍

We are so grateful for opportunities to learn and grow alongside people who truly care about others! 💚

Yesterday at our quarterly “Sweet Tea & Synergy” lunch & learn, our office had the privilege of hearing from Kelsey Runge, LPC with Kairos Therapy Group…a dear friend, client, and an incredible resource in our community ✨ as she spoke on communication, emotional awareness, and building trust through genuine connection.

One thing that really stuck with us: emotional awareness is the data collection…emotional intelligence is the action plan. Such a powerful reminder that in both business and life, people want to feel heard, understood, and safe.

Real estate is so much more than transactions. It’s relationships, trust, and showing up well for people during big moments in their lives. Thankful for professionals like Kelsey who help us all lead with more presence, empathy, and intention. 🫶🏻
