From New Hire to Leadership Year 1 📈

One year ago, James walked in as a new hire. Today, he’s leading our rehab team.

This didn’t happen by accident. From day one, he showed attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and a mindset of putting the team and our clients first. He leaned into feedback, sharpened his skills, stayed aligned with our core values, and consistently did the little things right. Over time, that consistency turned into growth. And that growth turned into leadership.

That’s what we’re about.

We’re proud to celebrate James Niemet on his one-year anniversary with our team!

In just one year, James has grown from a Level 2 Rehab Team Specialist into the role of Team Lead — a reflection of the work ethic and character he brings every day. His dedication, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond what’s asked of him have made a real impact on our projects and our team. He’s consistently stepped up, taken ownership, and set the standard for quality and accountability.

James, we appreciate everything you’ve contributed this past year and we’re excited to see your continued growth and leadership.

The Buyer of this property reminded us that we have been slacking on keeping our page up to date, and they were right!

2026 has been a busy year so far. Made some key changes 2025 but working on some much bigger initiatives for 2026 COMING SOON!

But don’t worry we still busy updating our communities and creating owner occupied real estate.

Thanks to all the amazing people, companies and partners that made it yet another great year. 2025 was in many was a very challenging year but challange makes it all that much more rewarding. Beyond excited for what’s coming in 2026. Thanks for all the continued support 🙏🏻

Big day aka Onboarding Day at ReZen!

We haven’t been active here for a while, but that doesn’t mean we haven’t been hard at work. Today marks a huge milestone—we’ve nearly doubled our team by launching ReZen’s in-house rehab crew!

This is a major step toward our vision of being a fully integrated company that handles the entire process from lead to sale (and everything in between), not to mention property management!

We’re incredibly grateful for the people who’ve helped us get here and excited for what’s ahead. Stay tuned—this is just the beginning!
