education, professional experience, and personal
taste. Choosing the right Realtor should include

are some of the things that make me the Realtor I am. I began my adult life with a hammer in my hand. in Architecture
and Art History, I completed a Carpenter
Apprenticeship, becoming a Journeyman
Carpenter,

with Local 314 Carpenters Union. That was truly an invaluable, hands-on education
about construction. When I say a home has ‘good
bones’ or that it will be easy to remove a wall to
enlarge a room, it’s because I’ve built them from
the foundation up. But I didn’t stop there. A love for design and
architecture lead me to dive deeper into those
disciplines, and I have the professional certifications
to prove it. That love for design allows me to find
the gems in the marketplace that may be suffering
from unfortunate, but easily updatable, interiors. My real passion for architecture means that I’m
always on the lookout for architecturally significant
homes. Even when not currently for sale, I always
have time to tour a great piece of design, no
matter the style or condition. I can’t help but see
possibilities, no matter how rough it may look
today. Great designs deserve to live on, and I
love helping make sure they do. Personally, I’m a
sucker for a Mid-Century Rambler with a bad 80’s
remodel. Such homes are diamonds in the rough,
and I’m just the person to help bring them back to
life. My long career as a carpenter, designer, and
home-flipper has given me an eye for what works,
what’s easily fixable, and what’s not worth wasting
time on. My extensive experience as Project
Manager helps me guide you through every step
of the home-buying or home-selling process in the
most efficient way possible, saving you stress,
aggravation, and often, thousands of dollars. But more than that, I believe the best thing I can
do is match you with the home that meets not only
your needs today, but also those in your future,
all while fulfilling your most heartfelt desires. The
