This adorable bungalow near Lake Wingra and steps from Monroe Street has new owners! The location is only one of its great features. I love helping clients explore downtown condos in Madison. Every building has a unique feel, and all units are not created equal. We all knew this was likely the one as soon as it came on the market, and sure enough, it was.
