Just sold this beautiful waterfront condo in Long Beach! 🌊✨

I’m so happy for my buyer and grateful that we were able to bring this deal together. Not every transaction is easy, simple, or smooth from opening escrow to closing, and this one certainly came with its share of roadblocks and unexpected bumps along the way.

The true value of having an experienced agent isn’t when everything goes perfectly—it’s having someone who can navigate challenges, solve problems, and keep the transaction moving forward when obstacles arise. I’m proud that we were able to successfully work through each hurdle, negotiate the property under the asking price, secure an additional $12,500 credit for my client, and get this deal across the finish line.

Miraval Resort has been on my bucket list for a long time, so getting invited to spend a few days there with an amazing group of women felt really special

We relaxed, reset, slowed down a bit, and made a lot of good memories along the way

And honestly, I left feeling really grateful for the people around me

These are the kinds of friendships that inspire you, encourage you, and make you feel welcomed, especially after moving to a new area like the South Bay
