Cobb County is making moves! 👀 Let’s take a look at what happened in the last 7 days. 258 new listings hit the market, giving buyers new opportunities to find the right home. 230 homes sold, while 233 properties went under contract or pending—showing plenty of activity on both sides of the market! We also saw 35 homes come back on the market, creating another opportunity for buyers who may have missed out the first time.
