Over the last 7 days, we’ve seen 511 new listings hit the market, giving buyers more opportunities and options across the county. Meanwhile, 413 homes went under contract, showing that motivated buyers are still making strong moves. We also saw 341 homes successfully sold and 81 properties come back on the market — reminding buyers that second chances do happen!
