Carol brings nearly a decade of real estate experience, along with years of experience working for a large homebuilder before becoming an agent. She also knows the process personally: she has bought and sold her own home three times in the past ten years. She understands the decisions and emotions involved from more than one side, and she is especially gifted at helping clients feel informed, comfortable, and cared for when things feel overwhelming.

There is something incredibly humbling about being chosen by someone who already knows this business.

Erin DeLuca and Susie Verrill led a blood drive in Matthews last week — and our NHP family showed up in a big way to support it.

Someone in the U.S. needs blood every two seconds. One donation can save up to three lives. That's a pretty incredible return on an hour of your time.

But honestly? What sticks with me most from days like this isn't the stats — it's watching our people take care of their community like it's personal. Because it is.

We’re marching in the Matthews Alive Parade this Saturday, September 5th — and we brought the whole town with us. 🎉

Instead of just tossing candy (though there will be plenty of that too), we’re running a Best of Matthews gift card giveaway with cards from some of our favorite local businesses.

Here’s the catch: parade attendees will grab a QR code as we walk by in the parade — not before. No online entry, no sign-up link. Just come find the NextHome Paramount team on the route, wave, grab some candy, and enter the raffle live, right there on Main Street.
