They sound equal but they’re NOT. And depending on your situation, one may help you a whole lot more than the other.

$10,000 off the price may lower your payment a little. $10,000 toward closing costs could mean bringing significantly less cash to the table, depending on your loan and the deal.

That’s why question should be “Which option actually helps me more?”. Both numbers matter, but how they work together matters more.

THAT’S the one. Long after closing, I genuinely still wonder how you’re doing and hope you’re just as happy with your home as you were the day I handed you the keys. 🔑

The builder's representative represents the builder's interests, which is exactly why having your own Realtor can matter when comparing homes, reviewing contracts, discussing incentives, and moving toward closing. New construction can be exciting, just don't confuse friendly service with your own representation.
