Carol has been a realtor since 1996 and comes from a professional career in education where she taught kindergarten through graduate school. She uses her acquired skills daily along with a masters degree to organize, mentor, and guide her clients through the process of buying or selling real estate. Army Officer, Carol traveled extensively around the world by the time she was 13. She still loves t

o travel as long as she can return to Great Falls, where she has lived since 1985 in the custom house that she and her husband, an architect, designed and built. Carol has been married to her husband Dale over 30 years and has two children, Andrew and Elizabeth. Her daughter, Elizabeth, lost her battle to leukemia in 2007 at the age of 13. Carol donates to the Make-A Wish Foundation, and the Leukemia/Lymphoma Society for every transaction.

Something to think about …

In 1971, the interest rate for a mortgage was 7.33% (for my first home in 1979 it was 14%).
If you waited for interest rates to go down, you wouldn’t have purchased a home until 1993. You would have rented it for 22 years waiting for rates to go down.
Meanwhile, the value of real estate quadrupled.

Don’t wait to buy real estate. Buy real estate and wait.

Marry the house, date the rate.
