🌲 A special closing to celebrate! 🌲

Yesterday marked the successful closing on a land purchase that required a little more time and patience than anyone originally anticipated.

When title challenges surfaced, my buyer remained patient and committed to the property while a wonderful group of professionals worked together to find solutions. I was especially grateful to work opposite a listing agent whose communication was truly impeccable throughout the entire process. Having consistent, thoughtful communication between both sides made such a difference.

And a very well-deserved thank you to the title professionals whose work often happens quietly behind the scenes. Their research, attention to detail, persistence, and expertise were instrumental in getting us to yesterday’s closing.

This one was a wonderful reminder of how much can be accomplished when everyone involved shares the same goal and works together to achieve it.

Congratulations to my buyer on officially becoming a New Hampshire landowner! 🌲❤️ I’m so happy we were able to see this one through together.

CLOSED. 🏡🔑

Some transactions are smooth from beginning to end. Others test your patience, your professionalism, your communication skills — and sometimes your ability to simply keep moving forward.

There is so much that happens behind the scenes in a real estate transaction that never makes it to the closing photo or the “SOLD” post. Difficult conversations. Unexpected obstacles. Changing timelines. Long days, late-night messages, and moments when emotions run high.

As real estate professionals, our job is to stay focused on the transaction, advocate for our clients, communicate clearly, work toward solutions, and remain professional — even when that same professionalism isn’t always extended in return.

This particular transaction reminded me that you can’t control how others communicate or behave, but you can control how you respond. You can choose professionalism. You can choose integrity. And you can continue doing your job and working toward the end goal.

Today, we reached that goal.

The papers are signed, the keys have been handed over, and another transaction is officially CLOSED.

Every transaction teaches you something. Some teach you about real estate. Others teach you about patience, boundaries, resilience, and the kind of professional you want to continue to be.

This one taught me a little bit of all of it. ❤️🏡

Apparently, Realtors don’t really go on vacation… 😂🏡
While I was tucked away at my little ocean bungalow in Prince Edward Island enjoying some vacation time, I had the great pleasure of connecting buyers with a trusted local real estate professional.
And things moved FAST.
✨ The perfect piece of oceanfront land hit the market.✨ An offer was placed that very same day.✨ It was accepted that day.✨ And just two weeks from our initial conversation and referral — CLOSED! 🥂It’s pretty cool to be sitting by the ocean on an Island I love, while helping others take the steps toward making a little piece of it their own.
This also marks the second Prince Edward Island real estate transaction I’ve had the opportunity to be a part of through a referral, which makes it even more exciting. ❤️🇨🇦

Sometimes a Pending sign represents so much more than a successful sale.

I’ve had the privilege of working with the sellers of this beautiful Suncook Lake home for more than two years, knowing that when the time came to sell, it wouldn’t be an easy decision. This home has been part of their story for many years, filled with memories, family, and life on the lake. ❤️
