Crossroads Real Estate Group is absolutely thrilled to finally share some incredible news for downtown Mission. We have officially welcomed 913 Mercantile to the Mission Mart shopping center at 5330 Martway St.!

Earlier this year when Painted Tree Boutiques abruptly closed, so many talented local makers were left without a place to sell their goods. Olathe couple Tyler and Lindsey Bonine (the forces behind Patch Hats and Board and Block Co.) felt that hit firsthand. But instead of throwing in the towel, they decided to step up and build a massive new home for Johnson County's small business community.

Working with Tyler and Lindsey to secure the former A Fabulous Find location right off Nall and Johnson Drive was an absolute pleasure. They are creating a true marketplace experience with space for up to 70 local vendors. What makes this concept so cool is that it's a total "blank slate." Instead of standard, cookie-cutter booths, every single vendor gets their own micro-storefront to completely customize with their own paint, lighting, and branding.

Tyler put it perfectly when he told the Johnson County Post that Kansas City pride is like no other, and they wanted a central spot close to the state line to serve the entire metro. This is exactly the kind of local, community-focused project we love being a part of at Crossroads Real Estate Group. We can't wait to see this space come to life later this year.
