Great news for Kansas City's West Bottoms! Work has officially begun on the Moline Apartments, the first historic building conversion in SomeraRoad Inc.'s massive $526.7 million redevelopment.

This project will transform the 119-year-old Moline Plow Building into 121 new loft-style apartments and 23,000 square feet of retail. Residents will also get to enjoy new amenities like a lounge, coffee bar, and a makerspace. Plus, the apartments will overlook The Depot, a new public gathering space that will replace an old gravel lot.

The Moline Apartments are expected to be ready for residents late next year. This is just the beginning of a long-term plan that will bring new life to this historic neighborhood. Please contact Cary Taylor for retail space inquiries.
