🤝 TEXAS BELIEVES IN A HANDSHAKE.
SO DO WE.

Around here, a handshake still means something.

It means you have my word.
It means I'll show up.
It means I'll tell you the truth.
And it means we'll get it done.

At Cornerstone Home & Ranch, technology may have changed the way real estate is bought and sold—but it hasn't changed the way we believe people should be treated.

Straight talk. Hard work. Local knowledge. And doing what you said you'd do.

Because some things never go out of style in Texas. 🤝

Hunter Wood was born in Childress, Texas, and moved with his family to Hico shortly after his birth. He spent the next nineteen years there before heading off to college. Today, he lives in Mineral Wells, Texas, and is proud to call Palo Pinto County home. Hunter is always looking for ways to stay active and engaged in the Mineral Wells, Weatherford, and Brock communities.

A 2015 graduate of Hico High School—where his father served as Head Coach and Athletic Director—Hunter played football for two years at Hardin-Simmons University before transferring to Texas Tech University, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in general studies in 2020. After college, he began his career as a teacher and coach at Santo High School before transitioning into real estate, where he discovered a passion for helping people through one of life’s biggest decisions with honesty, integrity, and dedication.

Raised in a family of educators and coaches, Hunter values hard work, commitment, and authenticity. His career in real estate allows him the flexibility to spend more time with his family and keep up with the many sporting events they enjoy together. Known for his strong work ethic and genuine care for his clients, Hunter is dedicated to making every transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Outside of work, Hunter enjoys golfing, lake days, fitness, and spending time outdoors with friends and family.

Some of my favorite moments at Cornerstone aren’t the ones around a closing table. They’re the ones like these.

Talking. Laughing. Sharing stories. Encouraging one another. Just enjoying being together.

We are a group of individuals with different personalities, experiences and strengths, but we are like-minded in the things that matter most: integrity, professionalism, dedication, service—and for many of us, a shared faith that shapes the way we try to live and serve others.

Real estate can be competitive, but I’ve never wanted Cornerstone to be a place where our agents compete against one another. I want it to be a place where we genuinely cheer for each other, learn from each other, help each other and celebrate each other’s successes.

Because at the end of the day, a brokerage isn’t a logo, a building or a set of colors.

It’s the people.

And I’m incredibly grateful for these people. 🧡💙💛

What an amazing, crazy ride life can be! But, no matter where the road has taken me, Mineral Wells will always be home to me and my family. My parents, Anna and Hayward Nolen, and I have been local residents of Palo Pinto County and the surrounding area for over 35 years. I love this town and the people in it!

I am a homeschool mom of now two young adult sons who were born and raised in Mineral Wells; a musician and singer; a lover of family and the beach; a woman of deep faith; and now, a REALTOR®️.

As a class of 1996 MWHS graduate, a pastor’s daughter, and someone who has worked in Children’s, Youth, Women’s and Worship Ministry for over 25 years in churches in this community and communities close by, I have had the privilege of forging and developing deep and meaningful relationships and connections with many local people. Serving these great people in this growing town has been an amazing honor.

As a REALTOR®️, I believe my relationships, familiarity with, and love for Mineral Wells will be a wonderful asset to anyone looking to buy or sell property in Palo Pinto County. I am excited to have the opportunity to continue to serve and provide quality representation for my clients, offering the highest level of integrity and service. I love to make my client’s real estate experience one that is successful, smooth, peaceful and of the greatest benefit.
