Anyhoo, I got to reunite with Kevin’s family who joined us on showings to boost the fun quotient even higher. The Shermocks and the Custards are a delightful huggy bunch.

A lot of the news surrounding this settlement has been inaccurate and misleading, especially as it applies to Minnesota.
We are one of 13 states that already have buyer rep agreements and our compensation is disclosed and negotiable in every transaction.
