The full circle closing of the sale of the home that helped raised their kids and that held so many memories.

If I could share any advice to those looking to potentially sell that home that might be too big now is to start the process early. I believe preparing early helps with closure, gives you time to go through all the things and will you give you time to feel out your next best home and location.

I feel like when people wait too long the stress can be heavier and people end up settling on their next home because the move feels more forced.

Cheers to the Carverโ€™s on making it happen and to finding the perfect โ€˜right sizeโ€™ home for their next chapter!
