The Lopez Team, REMAX Results This, essentially is my business philosophy. I'm a first generation immigrant from Colombia, South America; we arrived in the US when I was 5 years old.

I've always appreciated when a salesperson doesn't beat around the bush, makes my decision easier by giving me clear advice and allows me the freedom to ultimately make my own decision. My parents relentlessly pursued the American Dream by working hard, bettering our family year by year. We started in urban Northern New Jersey and ended up in Minnetonka, MN where we've been since 1997. My wife jokes that my personality is Minnesota nice with an East Coast edge and a little latino passion on top. As a REALTOR, I like to think that makes me a personable, tough negotiator who really loves his job. After spending my first year of marriage traveling Central and South America with my wife, I realized that even though I'd love to travel for the rest of my life, there is much to be grateful for right here at home. I love Minnesota for its culture, people and natural grandeur. I bartended for over 10 years. I started bartending to pay for college and continued to work my way up, eventually to a high-end steakhouse in Downtown Minneapolis. The reasons I was successful in the service industry are my passion for connecting with people, ability to multi-task and meticulous attention to detail. I started my career in real estate because of the aforementioned skills, I enjoy providing exceptional service and desire to help people navigate their real estate experience since 2012.
