When your listing prep turns into a family affair…..😆🏡

We left this house at 12:30AM and we’re back at 9:00AM putting on the finishing touches before Photography.

And apparently I brought reinforcements. 😂

Lights on. Bed straightened. Last minute details handled. Two very tired little assistance suddenly found their second wind when they discovered the HOCKEY ROOM. 🏒🥅

Because sometimes getting a home ready for the market isn’t glamorous.

Once we are under contract, the road to closing wasn’t completely straight. A few unexpected curveballs came our way, and we had some decisions to work through.

Sometimes “full service Realtor” means grabbing a leaf blower. 😂🍃

When your sellers are out of town the entire week before their home hits the market, you do what needs to be done.

And in this case…..that meant strapping on the backpack blower and tackling a 36’ x 14’ deck before tomorrows launch 💪

🔥 Minnesota issued a Heat Advisory….but real estate does t take days off.

Some days you have every minute planned….and then your phone rings.

Today’s schedule turned into:
🏡 An impromptu listing appointment
🔑 A buyer showing
✍️ Writing an offer

And honestly? I wouldn’t have it any other way

One do the things I love most about real estate is that no two days are ever the same. Every showing, every listing, and every offer represents someone taking the next step toward a new chapter—and it’s a privilege to be a part of the journey.
