Since 2021, we’ve been working toward this moment. 🥹

We’d look. We’d find something. It wouldn’t work out. We’d hold off for a while, then a year or so later, we’d try again… and somehow the cycle would repeat.

Life kept getting in the way… BUT NOT ANYMORE!!!

After FIVE YEARS of looking, waiting, trying again, and trusting that the right one would come along…
WE FOUND THE ONE, AND WE ARE OFFICIALLY UNDER CONTRACT!!

I am soooo excited and beyond proud of my buyer! But more than anything I am incredibly thankful for the loyalty and trust he has shown me throughout all these years. He could have chosen anyone to help him each time he was ready to start looking again, but he continued to come back to me. That means more than I can put into words.

Some clients turn into friends, and some closings mean a little more because you know just how long the journey took to get there. This is definitely one of those!

Five years in the making and we’re FINALLY headed to that closing table!
