My business thrives off referrals and I truly can’t put into words how thankful I am every single time someone trusts me enough to pass my name along.

I was able to meet with this sweet neighbor, get her home listed, AND get it under contract all within a month and a half… and we’re closing next week!! 👏🏼 There’s truly no better feeling than seeing a home go under contract and closing within just 2 weeks!

Some closings just hit different 🥹🏡✨

Friday was closing day for another repeat client of mine and my HEART is so full for this sweet family!! This is now the SECOND family I’ve helped this year get into their forever home before welcoming a new baby into the world 🥰 There is just something so special about helping families step into a new chapter during such an exciting season of life.

Now… was it smooth sailing? Absolutely not 😂
We closed VERY late Friday afternoon, so unfortunately funding didn’t happen in time for them to get keys that same day. BUTTTTT… WE GOT IT CLOSED 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 And that alone was worth celebrating!!

One thing about me though… when a deal starts getting stressful, I’m going to fight HARD to get it to the closing table. And I have to give a huge shoutout to Haley Barnes and her team at Union Home Mortgage because whew… when things start going sideways in a transaction, THAT is the kind of team you want beside, behind, and in front of you 👏🏼 Calm under pressure, incredible communication, problem solvers, and always pushing to make it happen for our clients. We truly make a great team! 💙

Watching clients go from first homes… to growing families… to forever homes will never get old to me. The trust they continue to place in me means more than they’ll ever know!!🥰

I’m still crying… UGH!!! 🥹 I could eat that perfect little baby right up! She is so precious and absolutely perfect! I am SO proud of her parents!!

We had a bumpy road getting this house sold but WE DID IT!! Our closing date was supposed to be right before their induction date, but unfortunately it had to be pushed back. Talk about STRESSFUL 😅 We kept pushing, kept praying, and got the job done!! Not everybody can say they sold a house and had a baby within the same week!!🤣

And yall… this makes the SECOND time I’ve sold this SAME house! I represented the sellers when the Maples originally bought it, and then had the pleasure and honor of representing them as the sellers this time around 🥹 That right there means the world to me.

This also makes my 5th closing in Fox Hunter Ridge Subdivision and THAT I am so very thankful for!! Thank you to everybody who continues trusting me, referring me, and supporting my business. It never goes unnoticed 🤍

I had the best lunch meeting today with Mason Bradley and Shawn Miller from Stockton Mortgage! Mason has been my A1 since day one. We have worked together since 2018, and it’s been a minute since we teamed up. Today felt like a reunion with an old friend, and it reminded me why we’ve always made a great team.
