The news is typically doom and gloom but honestly, homes are still selling at a great rate and price. The key is making sure you prepare the property and price it appropriately. I always tell my sellers that we only have one opportunity to hit the market and make a splash!

Pending home sales rose 3.8% in May from the prior month and 4.8% from a year ago, suggesting buyers are accepting mid-6% mortgage rates as the new normal, according to the National Association of Realtors.
