Today is a good day. ❤️

My sweet bonus daughter is home for a couple of days for family time, and my kids have once again reminded me how blessed I am. When family needs them, they ALL show up, they ALL check in, we come together.

They know exactly what I mean. I cannot even begin to tell you how thankful I am. Thank. You. God.

The garden is giving me little victories too tons of basil, one little red tomato, one cucumber, and two green bell peppers. 🌱🍅🥒🫑

And one of the best things happened just a few minutes ago... an email “HOUSE MADE APPRAISAL. NO REPAIRS NEEDED.” We’re on our way to a clear to close on one of my listings! This one was tough. Not the house just our market. After several days of refreshing my email, nail biting, anxiety, and stomach knots for both me and my sellers, it’s officially official.

Today is a very good day.❤️

I’ve been behind my computer all day so I went outside to do some grounding and enjoy the fresh air. Louis tagged along and somehow it ended with him biting me in the butt. I guess that’s one way to stay grounded. 😂

Every morning, I get up and make my rounds through the garden. If something needs watering, it gets watered. Thanks to the wonderful rain we had the last couple of days, everything is happy and thriving right now.

I’ve been gone since Wednesday, and when I got home, it felt like the garden had exploded overnight. The vegetables are growing, the flowers are taking off, and it seems like something new pops up every single day.

Thank you, Ryan, for keeping an eye on everything while I was away. He even snapped a few photos of me this morning checking on my babies. 🌱❤️

They’re growing so well and looking so good. Every few days, I give them a light spray of neem oil to help keep the bugs and slugs at bay. Gardening has quickly become one of my favorite parts of the day. There’s just something special about watching all that hard work turn into growth right before your eyes. 🌿

And before anyone says anything… overlook my messy, just-woke-up hair. The plants get my attention before the mirror does.

Negotiating contracts, sending reports, working other contracts paperwork (bc I am my own TC), editing pictures, and still making time to play in the dirt. 🌿

Trying to get everything caught up before heading to Chattanooga for baby girl’s 3rd birthday. My heart absolutely melted in a puddle when she requested me to go to the aquarium with her.

Little bit of real estate, little bit of photography, and still making time to play in the dirt.
