They said yes to the house. I said yes to the fight to get it. 🔑

This one came to me through a referral from a close friend, and by the time we got to closing, my clients had become my friends too. That is the part of this job I never get tired of.

It was not an easy road. There were multiple rounds of negotiation, a few moments where we had to hold our ground, and a lot of problem solving to get this deal across the finish line. But standing here now, with that wooded lot and covered porch behind them, you can see why it was worth it.
