• Why should I have an agent for new construction?
The builder has reps… you should too. I help negotiate, review contracts, and make sure you’re protected every step of the way 👀

• Should I try to sell by owner?
You can… but most FSBO homes leave money on the table—marketing, pricing, and negotiation matter more than people think 💰. With less exposure, tougher negotiations against agents, and all the legal risk and stress on you, many sellers end up netting less anyway.

• Should I handle repairs myself before selling?
Some yes, some no. I’ll help you decide what actually adds value, and whether it should be a licensed contractor fix or a simple “honey-do” list item 🔧

• Should I search for homes myself or let an agent narrow it down?
