I get it, I really do. ⁣
However, there are other aspects that should come into play before making this the sole reason why you aren’t going to make a move. ⁣

1. Do you know your homes current value? You might be surprised to find out how much your home is worth in this market. Your homes value, and the equity you have in it is a huge factor when deciding to make a move. ⁣

2. Refinance. We have heard it time and time again from all the professionals in the business. These clients of mine were relocating from Texas! Their showings happened via FaceTime. I was able to find them a beautiful home on an acre lot in one of my favorite towns, Yorkville IL. ⁣

Communication was 🔑 with this transaction as they were not able to be physically here for any of the showings. OVERLY communicating with my relocation clients is a MUST. Not only are they moving to an area that they know little about, most of the time they cannot physically be present for the showings. ⁣
