Why we live in Southwest Florida!
Naples, Florida, is a picturesque Gulf Coast community known for its white-sand beaches, upscale lifestyle, exceptional golf, and vibrant arts and cultural scene. The city has a year-round population of approximately 19,700, which increases significantly during the winter season as visitors and seasonal residents arrive.

Annual events, including the Naples Shakespeare Festival and Naples National Arts Fair, further contribute to the city’s cultural identity.
Education is another strength of the area. Collier County Public Schools includes highly regarded schools such as Naples High School and Mason Classical Academy, while the private Community School of Naples is also well respected.
Naples is conveniently connected by U.S. Route 41 and Interstate 75. Naples Airport provides convenient access for private and general aviation, while Southwest Florida International Airport in nearby Fort Myers serves commercial airline travelers.
The climate is warm throughout much of the year, although the summer and early fall months bring high humidity, frequent rainfall, and the potential for tropical storms and hurricanes. Despite these seasonal challenges, Naples continues to attract residents and visitors with its combination of natural beauty, outdoor recreation, cultural amenities, luxury real estate, and relaxed Gulf Coast lifestyle.
