But the best coffee in Fort Myers, Florida belongs to .

The second you walk in, you get why locals are obsessed. The espresso is consistently great, the vibe is relaxed-but-buzzy, and it’s the kind of place you stop “for a quick coffee” and somehow end up staying way longer than planned. Bonus: it’s a perfect meet-up spot if you’re exploring neighborhoods and want a quick reset between showings.

Some of you are going to disagree very loudly and honestly… that’s fine 😂

True Fort Myers locals know #3 is the golden rule around here. 👀

If you want to actually survive summer in Fort Myers, these are non-negotiable:

Don’t leave the house without sunscreen + bug spray (the no-see-ums are undefeated).
Beach days start early—parking and good spots don’t wait.
You don’t show up to a waterfront patio at sunset without a plan (or a reservation).
Keep a towel + swimsuit in your car all summer… because you never know when you’ll end up on the water.

While markets across the country have softened, high-net-worth buyers are still moving into Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, and Fort Myers at a serious pace. The demand is real. The buyers are qualified. And inventory at the upper end remains tight.

What that means if you're a seller: a correctly priced, exceptionally presented luxury home is not sitting. The buyers are here — they're just walking right past anything overpriced or poorly marketed.
