One of my best friends referred his mother years back when I first started my real estate business 10 years ago to sell her condo in Deerfield Beach.

Happy Closing Day!!! 🤩

I love working with first time home buyers. The feeling of walking into your new home after signing, and getting the keys, is a special moment you will never forget.

I met Akash and Neha through my KW referral partner Chris Chuck. When we spoke initially, I heard their needs, wants, and knew exactly what they were looking for in a home.

I knew their heart was basically set on Tradition which is a master planned community in Port St Lucie, located just an hour north of West Palm Beach.

When I brought them to Kenley built by Mattamy Homes, they immediately fell in love. We found the perfect home, situated on an eastern preserve view, giving them beautiful sunsets every morning.

30 days later, this home is officially theirs. I am so grateful to have been on the journey with them, and I’m very happy to have helped put a roof over their heads, and allowing their family to starting building wealth through owning real estate.

Just sealed the deal for these lovely first time home buyers on this beautiful new construction home Located in the gated community Kenley, one of the nicest new neighborhoods built by Mattamy homes in Tradition, for under $500k with the builder giving them a 4.75% Rate‼️🤯🔥

I hustle very hard for my clients, I’m so grateful to do what I love for a living, and to help families put a roof over their heads.

Every transaction has a story worth being told. 👇🏻

I first met my good friends Tony and Rose through my social media presence a couple years ago. When we first connected, we bonded over our love of music naturally. Tony showed me his vast collection of guitars which I tuned and jammed on all of them at our first open house. 🎸

They shared their dream with me of relocating to the west coast of Florida, to be near friends and family, and finally cashing in on this property they purchased in Lighthouse Point decades ago. Don’t wait to buy real estate. Buy real estate and WAIT! 🤯

After multiple open houses, we finally secured an investor buyer who has a massive portfolio of properties. This created a lot of challenges with their financing, to the point where the buyer agent/lender actually switched programs in the middle of the deal, which threw a wrench in things, and caused us 2 delays in closing.

Although things got frustrating at times, and at one point didn’t seem like it was going to happen, I persevered, kept a mindset of abundance, and at the end was able to successfully navigate the biggest transaction of my clients lives.

I finally got the clear to close while at the final day of KW Mega Camp in Austin, and was ecstatic to call and give Tony and Rose the good news from Texas. Turned out to be on my mom’s birthday also which made it that much more special. ❤️

To Tony & Rose, THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for trusting me with helping you with this brand new chapter in your lives. I’m grateful !
