Three parcels totaling about 17 acres on Bayshore Drive went online this week in a Bayshore Gateway Triangle Community Redevelopment Agency request for land use proposals. The land abuts the new Bayshore boardwalk at 4265 Bayshore Drive connecting Sugden Regional Park with Bayshore Drive in East Naples. The space has been recommended for any number of purposes, although a recent poll of the area suggests something with arts usage for the land. One arts organization, Opera Naples, has already expressed interest in it as a site for an opera house. The CRA's invitation to negotiate will remain open for 45 days. Robust Pending Sales in April Confirm Market Resiliency! As high season begins to settle and traffic around town eases, the Naples real estate market is showing no signs of cooling off. Overall pending sales (homes under contract) in April increased 38.2 percent to 1,388 pending sales from 1,004 pending sales in April 2025.
