During our 90 minutes together, we will revisit your goals more in detail and outline a step-by-step strategy for getting you the best value for your home in the timing that is right for you. We will discuss how to best prepare your home for the market, review legal paperwork, and examine how the current market may impact our marketing plan.

3.) Next Steps
Based on our consultation, I’ll get to work connecting with my network so we can start getting your home ready for market. My number one priority will be to keep you informed, and to assist you every step of the way throughout the entire selling process.
