I EARN MY MONEY! How many crawlspaces under homes have I been in the last decade? TOO MANY TO COUNT!

I would have to say the number one place issues come up on inspection reports would be the crawlspace. Why? Because it is “out of sight and out of mind” and it’s the last place a homeowner wants to be.

Often times, in order for me or my Buyer to get a real understanding of what is happening in the crawl, I need to get in there and experience it for myself. I’m also known to get into the crawl for my Sellers too. Better to know in advance what is happening under there before you list!
