Premier League mornings in Nashville just hit different. ⚽️🍻

One of my favorite things about this city is that no matter who you support, there’s probably a group of people somewhere in Nashville waking up way too early on a Saturday morning to watch with you 😂

Arsenal, Chelsea, United, Spurs… I even included where you guys can watch.

But Liverpool? 🔴

You already know where my loyalty lies.

One of the biggest matches of the World Cup is here, and there’s no better city than Nashville to experience it.

Whether you’re backing the Three Lions or La Albiceleste, I put together some of my favorite spots around town to catch England vs. Argentina based on the atmosphere, the supporters, and the overall match-day experience.

A major proposal called “The Banks at Brownland” would redevelop the 233-acre Brownland Farm property in Franklin into a sports and mixed-use destination. The concept includes:

* A 100,000 sq ft hockey facility with two sheets of ice
* Partnership concepts involving the Nashville Predators, Tennessee Titans, and Nashville SC
* 11 athletic fields for football, soccer, and lacrosse
* A large golf training complex with range, short course, putting area, and tech-enabled instruction
* Retail, restaurants, wellness uses, grocery potential, fitness, and medical space
* Partnership discussions that include a future permanent location for GraceWorks Ministries
* The project still needs approvals and discussion with local government before moving forward. Developers have discussed a possible 2027 construction start.

And the interesting local angle: Brownland has been part of Franklin’s equestrian identity for more than 60 years, so this proposal will probably generate a lot of conversation about growth vs preserving local character. Let me know in the comments below!

Nothing makes me happeir than making the call to my clients that they are under contract! This deal was not easy, lots of negotiations, back and forth but was able to get this amazing home under contract for some awesome first time home buyers! So excited for them as they start this next chapter!
