🎉🎓 BIG NEWS FOR OUR MARKETING AND BRAND DIRECTOR, REBECCA! 🎓🎉
We are SO incredibly proud to celebrate Rebecca Morales, who was selected as the Undergraduate Recipient of the CREW UCREW Scholarship! 🏆✨
Rebecca applied and competed alongside 13 other students for this recognition, making this an accomplishment that deserves to be celebrated BIG!
Over the past year, we’ve had the privilege of watching Rebecca step into opportunities, challenge herself, and continue growing both personally and professionally.
She joined Dauntless as an intern, but from the beginning, she has never treated her experience like “just an internship.” She has immersed herself in our businesses, taken on real responsibilities, contributed to our marketing and branding efforts, learned the construction and commercial real estate industries, and consistently shown a willingness to jump in, learn something new, and figure it out.
She is curious. She is creative. She asks questions. She takes feedback. She brings great energy. And most importantly, she wants to grow.
That is something you simply cannot teach.
One of the things we love most about programs like CREW UCREW is the opportunity they create for young women like Rebecca to experience the commercial real estate industry early, build meaningful relationships, learn from incredible women in the field, and begin creating their own path.
Rebecca has embraced every bit of that opportunity — and now she has the scholarship to prove it! 🥹👏🏼
There is something really special about getting to watch someone at the very beginning of their career start realizing just how capable they are.
