Not all transactions are easy, but this one was a perfect reminder of why who you work with matters.

There were a few bumps along the way, but Kristin did what she does best—keeping everyone communicating, finding solutions, and making sure no challenge became bigger than it needed to be. Sometimes the smoothest transactions aren’t the ones without obstacles; they’re the ones where everyone is willing to work together to overcome them.

A huge thank you to Greg for being such a great co-op agent throughout the process. Everyone involved was focused on getting to the finish line together, and it showed.

The buyers have such an incredible story. She just graduated nursing school, and he returned home from the Army only days ago—just in time to celebrate her graduation and make it to closing. Amazing things are happening for this young family, and Heather and CJ were so gracious and emotional knowing they were passing their home on to people beginning such an exciting new chapter.

Heather and CJ, thank you for trusting Kristin and our team with the sale of your home. It was an honor to walk alongside you through this transition.

Finding a home under $200k in today’s market is tough, but Jenn stayed patient, kept searching, and helped get this first-time buyer HOME.
