SOLD last week in Newark, DE! 🏡🔑
I’m a little late posting this one, it kept us busy all the way to the closing table. 😅

There were a few moments when the deal almost fell apart. Then the AC stopped cooling during the final walkthrough, just an hour before settlement. It took real teamwork to get everything resolved that same day.
