Offer Accepted! 🎉 My clients began their search with me late last year, and along the way we hit a road bump with a prior property that ultimately didn’t work out. In real estate, things can happen & every transaction isn’t always a perfect one.

What matters most is the rebound, and that’s exactly what we did. I’m so thankful my clients didn’t let that moment deter them from their goal. Now, we’re officially in contract on a home that’s a much better fit for them, and I can’t wait to get this one to the finish line!

My seller called me on August 4th ready to move on and sell her home ASAP. By August 27th, we were live on the market, went pending in just 13 days, and officially closed today, September 23rd 🎉

Not only did was I able to get her home sold quickly, but we closed $81,000 over asking, all within 4 weeks of hitting the market! 🙌
