Oakland Nature Preserve is participating in the TREX recycling program again!

Help us in our efforts - ALL YOU NEED TO DO - is collect soft plastic (SEE FLYER), place in a clear plastic bag and leave with by our collection containers on the porch of the education center!

These are items that cannot go into your regular recycling bin at home, so it’s a win-win situation all round!

Our goal is to collect 1,000 pounds of soft plastic, so we can get another beautiful donated recycled plastic bench for the Preserve.
