Please call me regarding the reality of solar panels.

In short, they pierce holes into your roof to attach the solar panels. Many insurance companies will not ensure the roof because of this.

How can you possibly save money, if you are gaining another payment to make? I know so many people who bought solar panels and brag about how little their electric bill is. However, tell me about the payment you make on those solar panels every month.

When you go to sell your house, the new owner will have to assume the debt for the solar panels. That actually makes your house 10 times harder to sell.

I have a list of about 10 reasons, these are only three

Please don’t consider solar panels to add value to your home, especially if you’re trying to resell it.

The first step is:

Before you go looking for houses, always get a pre-qualification letter from a confirmed Lender. You can’t make an offer without the prequalification letter or proof of funds, plus how are you going to know your budget for looking for the house you want?

What would I do If you asked me what I thought of the market today?

I would tell you to sell your house only after 10+ years as a recommendation.

You can borrow against the equity in your home and buy a rental property, but because of the interest rates right now, I would really caution you to review that closely.

My philosophy is that I need to provide you with the research and options, and let you make the decision.

I help you vet out the troublesome properties, versus try to push you into a problem disguised as an opportunity.
