JUST SOLD — 12462 N Stone Ring Drive 🏡✨
And just like that… the Ring has found its new keeper.💍😂
If you followed along while Stone Ring was on the market, you may remember that I could not resist a few Lord of the Rings antics along the way. I mean, when your listing is on Stone Ring Drive, sometimes you just have to fully commit to the theme. 😂
But behind all the fun was a really meaningful move for my sellers.
They made the decision to leave Arizona and head toward life by the beach — and, even better, back closer to family. ❤️ When a move is about more than simply selling a house, timing matters. I’m so happy we were able to get Stone Ring under contract well below the average days on market and keep their next adventure moving forward.
This home had an incredible backyard, a beautiful pool and a lot of memories within its walls. But sometimes “home” becomes less about the place you’re leaving and much more about the people and the life waiting for you on the other side.
I’m incredibly grateful they trusted me to help get them there — and that they were willing to humor their Realtor while she turned their address into her own personal Middle-earth marketing campaign. 😂
