This one's a two-part tale! 📖
Our Sellers at 468 4th in Montara needed to downsize from this beautiful, big home with mountain *and* ocean views. 🌄🌅 Well, how does "no moving truck" sound? The perfect opportunity appeared just a dozen houses over at 325 4th – with its own wonderful views of the mountains and ocean, our clients were in love!
The stars aligned; all-at-once our Sellers had 2 offers on their property and ratified 1, then they put in an excellent offer on 325 4th and won out against another offer! Add in a concurrent close, strategic seller rent backs on both sides, and our Sellers were able to move straight out of their house and into their new home with *almost* no moving truck needed.
