Let me introduce myself my name is Paige Pacetti-Watts. Real estate has always been a part of my life as long as I can remember. As a young child I would ride in the backseat of my dad's red Chevrolet as he took me around to different listing appointments with him. We would make trips all over the State of Florida as he worked with ranchers, farmers, and local residence in our hometown by helping

sell their land. I can remember him giving me my first little brown briefcase I would fill it full of folders, yellow notepads and old listing agreements. I will go through all the listings sheets he had in the back of his truck and I asked him if he had sold it yet, he would laugh and say “one day!” He taught me some of the most valuable lessons in my life and especially in the world of real estate. He reminded me often that if you were good to people, honest and “your word is your word” that the business will come. When I receive my license in 2020, I saw how true that statement was. People who have met him 20 and 30 years ago came back to him to resell their property. They often commented on his integrity, his humility and how honest of a man he was. That is why they continued to give him the business back. My dad stayed in that business for over 65 years, and left a legacy that I hope that I can continue on. I tell you all this and hopes for you to better understand what kind of agent I pride myself in being. I have always followed by those words in every real estate transaction I have handled. I love serving my community and seeing the joy on the customers face as we are able to handover those keys and let them call it their home. I hope you have enjoyed reading a little tidbit into what shape me into the person I am today. I love Northeast Florida and I'm so thankful that I get to live here and show people what a wonderful place it is to live! There's so much to love in our little area and there is always something perfect for everyone.
